A skate park for Pioneer Primary School: help our neighbors in Jakarta

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a skate park. This year a group of 13 volunteers, including local mothers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Pioneer Primary School, but no funding. We have received donated soil and plants, and the remaining cost is $300. It will serve about 280 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance. Where the $300 goes: • Safety equipment and signage: $20 • Materials: $240 • Permits and inspections: $40 Thanks for being kind about this. - Dinda
