Thomas has a job offer starting in three weeks but needs a set of mechanic's tools to get there or do the work.

I have been offered a job as a delivery rider in Cardiff, starting in three weeks. The job requires a set of mechanic's tools, and I can't afford one. I have been unemployed for 12 weeks.
A new or used one is welcome. If you have one sitting unused, That would really help.
I'm a hard worker, with four references available. I can collect the item anywhere within 17 km of Cardiff.
I'll take great care of it, and I'll return the favor by helping the next person in the same situation.
I can arrange my own transport; please just let me know it's available.
