A service dog for Wunmi, a navy veteran in Gwagwalada
Wunmi served six years in the navy; $450 would cover a vocational welding course and tools.

I served six years in the navy and was discharged in 2021 with chronic tinnitus. I have been waiting nine months for support, and meanwhile I'm sleeping at my brother's place.
I have a plan: a vocational welding course and tools. The quote I have comes to $450.
I'm receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and am committed to my recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.
I'd be grateful for any help and will share updates on how I'm doing.
I'll post invoices, with personal details hidden.
Where the $450 goes:
• Transport to appointments: $75
• Training provider fees: $300
• Essential household items: $75
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
