A service dog for Divya, a marines veteran in Hyderabad
Divya served eight years in the marines; $750 would cover a vocational welding course and tools.

I served eight years in the marines and was discharged in 2023 with a traumatic brain injury. I have been waiting fourteen months for support, and meanwhile I'm sleeping at my brother's place.
I have a plan: a vocational welding course and tools. The quote I have comes to $750.
I'm receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and am committed to my recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.
I'd be grateful for any help and will share updates on how I'm doing.
Money will be paid to the training provider and the landlord directly.
Where the $750 goes:
• Housing deposit and first month: $290
• Training provider fees: $380
• Transport to appointments: $80
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

I hope things turn around soon. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Greetings from Peshawar
