A second-hand smartphone for a delivery job would change everything for Deborah
Donated or used, a second-hand smartphone for a delivery job would let Deborah take a job in San Diego.

I have been offered a job as a tailor's apprentice in San Diego, starting in December. The job requires a second-hand smartphone for a delivery job, and I can't afford one. I have been unemployed for 7 weeks.
A new or used one is welcome. If you have one sitting unused, That would really help.
I'm a hard worker, with four references available. I can collect the item anywhere within 19 km of San Diego.
I'll take great care of it, and I'll return the favor by helping the next person in the same situation.
I can arrange my own transport; please just let me know it's available.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Sending love. This could happen to any of us. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Love from Cairo.
Stay strong. Hope the shop reopens soon. I went through something like this 2 years ago and strangers helped me out. Greetings from Lyon.
hang in there, Deborah. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up.
thinking of you. Hope you get there. Don't give up. Take care
