A ramp for Obiageli: volunteers and tools needed

Help Obiageli regain independence: a simple ramp build.

Obiageli has used a wheelchair since 2024, and the house has three steps at the front door and no ramp. At the moment Obiageli can only go outside when two neighbors are available to lift the chair. The materials (treated timber, screws and non-slip surface) have been donated by a local lumberyard. We need a carpenter or two to measure, cut and build, plus a helper or two. The ramp has to meet the building-code slope requirement, which is why a person with building experience is important. We estimate ten hours of work. Tools are welcome - saws, drills, spirit levels. We'll provide refreshments, and Obiageli's family will cook lunch for the team. I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
