A ramp for Nihal: volunteers and tools needed
Materials are donated. We need two carpenters and a helper for a weekend in Bursa.

Nihal has used a wheelchair since 2023, and the house has three steps at the front door and no ramp. At the moment Nihal can only go outside when two neighbors are available to lift the chair.
The materials (treated timber, screws and non-slip surface) have been donated by a local lumberyard. We need a carpenter or two to measure, cut and build, plus a helper or two.
The ramp has to meet the local accessibility standard of 1:12 slope, which is why a person with building experience is important. We estimate twelve hours of work.
Tools are welcome - saws, drills, spirit levels. We'll provide refreshments, and Nihal's family will cook lunch for the team.

so sorry you're going through this, Mert. Wishing Nihal a smooth procedure and a full recovery. Take care.
Sending love. Shared this with my family. We're a small family in Amsterdam but we're thinking of you. Greetings from Amsterdam.
