A rainwater harvesting system for the Baobab health centre yard: help our neighbors in Coventry
Volunteers in Coventry are raising $3,600 for a rainwater harvesting system at the Baobab health centre yard.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a rainwater harvesting system. This year a group of 27 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Baobab health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated timber, and the remaining cost is $3,600.
It will serve about 228 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
