A playground for Sycamore Park: help our neighbors in Sukkur

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a playground. This year a group of 26 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Sycamore Park, but no funding. We have received donated volunteer hours worth about $115, and the remaining cost is $100. It will serve about 274 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance. Where the $100 goes: • Safety equipment and signage: $50 • Permits and inspections: $20 • Tools hire and delivery: $30 Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself. - Adnan
