A pair of hearing aids for Sunil: help me move freely

I live with a spinal cord injury. My occupational therapist at the Thiruvananthapuram Rehabilitation Centre has assessed me and recommended a pair of hearing aids. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $800. My current equipment is 15 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 6 weeks. With the right equipment I could join the school sports day. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
