A mathematics tutor for Yang, 15, who's falling behind
Looking for a patient mathematics tutor, 2 hours a week, for 20 weeks.

My son, Yang, is 15 and in the final year of school. Yang loves school but mathematics has been a struggle since the school was closed during the strikes. The board exam is in December.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend an hour or two a week, in person in Austin or online, for about twelve weeks.
Yang is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in mathematics, you could change the course of Yang's year.

You're not alone, Nan. Looking forward to the next update. I'm in retail myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you
Best of luck. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Greetings from Ciudad de México.
Praying for you, Nan. This could happen to any of us. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. God bless.
