Looking for a licensed roofer in Islamabad to donate time or work at cost.

In August an inspector told me that my home has a leaking gas line. It's a safety risk for me and my two small children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $350 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed roofer who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $35.
The job should take about six hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a roofer and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
I hope life is good to you.

Take care, Nadeem. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Blessings.
best of luck, Nadeem. This could happen to any of us. We're a small family in London but we're thinking of you. Greetings from London.
Hang in there, Nadeem. Looking forward to the next update.
