Looking for a licensed roofer in Boulogne-Billancourt to donate time or work at cost.

In June an inspector told me that my home has faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning. It's a safety risk for me and my newborn. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $2,100 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed roofer who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $65.
The job should take about three hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a roofer and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Thinking of you and your family. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Wish I lived closer to Bursa so I could bring a meal. Love from Onitsha.
