A licensed plumber to fix a dangerous fault at Pedro's home in Bacolod
A plumber is needed to repair faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning at the home of a family of 4.

In August an inspector told me that my home has faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning. It's a safety risk for me and my three children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $390 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed plumber who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $25.
The job should take about three hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a plumber and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Thank you so much.

keep going, Pedro. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. God bless.
I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Thinking of Bacolod.
Hope it all works out, Pedro. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Take care!
Sending good thoughts, Pedro. I hope things turn around soon. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Thinking of Bacolod
