A licensed HVAC technician to fix a dangerous fault at Yan's home in Los Angeles

Yan has faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning, and can't afford a licensed HVAC technician to fix it; a few hours of professional help would make the home safe.

In September an inspector told me that my home has faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning. It's a safety risk for me and my three children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $3,050 are beyond us. I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $260. The job should take about three hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request. If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it. Glad we found this place.

take care, Yan. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Blessings.

So sorry you're going through this, Yan. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. All the best.
