A licensed HVAC technician to fix a dangerous fault at Sabine's home in Berlin
A HVAC technician is needed to repair a failed boiler with no heating at the home of a family of 4.

In January an inspector told me that my home has a failed boiler with no heating. It's a safety risk for me and my two small children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $680 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $145.
The job should take about eight hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Take care, Sabine. Looking forward to the next update!
Rooting for you, Sabine. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I went through something like this 10 years ago and strangers helped me out.
Thanks for sharing this, Sabine. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I'm in logistics myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Love from Bekasi.
shared it with a few friends. My husband and I read this together. All the best.
