A licensed HVAC technician to fix a dangerous fault at Matthias's home in Berlin
Matthias has a burst pipe behind the wall, and can't afford a licensed HVAC technician to fix it; a few hours of professional help would make the home safe.

In April an inspector told me that my home has a burst pipe behind the wall. It's a safety risk for me and my elderly mother. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $1,500 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $120.
The job should take about eight hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
I hope life is good to you.

Take care, Matthias. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. I have a 5 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Love from Seoul.
