A licensed HVAC technician to fix a dangerous fault at Lucas's home in Anaheim
Looking for a licensed HVAC technician in Anaheim to donate time or work at cost.
🇺🇸 Anaheim, California, United States1,302 views
In July an inspector told me that my home has a septic backup. It's a safety risk for me and my two small children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $1,450 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $210.
The job should take about three hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Sending love, Lucas. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes.
good luck, Lucas. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. God bless.
Wishing you the best. Shared it with a few friends. Greetings from Marseille.
So sorry you're going through this, Lucas. This could happen to any of us. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day.
Keep going. Looking forward to the next update. After 14 years in teaching I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Greetings from Móstoles.
Wishing you the best, Lucas. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. All the best.
Stay strong. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Wish I lived closer to Miami so I could bring a meal
