A licensed HVAC technician to fix a dangerous fault at Joshua's home in Cardiff
Looking for a licensed HVAC technician in Cardiff to donate time or work at cost.

In April an inspector told me that my home has a burst pipe behind the wall. It's a safety risk for me and my newborn. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $1,300 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $195.
The job should take about four hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
I hope life is good to you.

Sending good thoughts, Joshua. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Blessings.
You're not alone, Joshua. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better
Thanks for sharing this, Joshua. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
