In April an inspector told me that my home has a burst pipe behind the wall. It's a safety risk for me and my newborn. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $2,150 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $95.
The job should take about eight hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

So sorry you're going through this. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Thinking of Melbourne.
Wishing you peace. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Greetings from Abuja.
sending love, Harold. Hope you get there
Wishing you peace, Harold. Hope this works out for you. After 24 years in farming I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Take care
