A HVAC technician is needed to repair a failed boiler with no heating at the home of a family of 3.

In December an inspector told me that my home has a failed boiler with no heating. It's a safety risk for me and my elderly mother. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $135 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $25.
The job should take about eight hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.

Hope it all works out, Farhan. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Take care
