A licensed electrician to fix a dangerous fault at Ruth's home in San Diego
An electrician is needed to repair a failed boiler with no heating at the home of a family of 6.

In January an inspector told me that my home has a failed boiler with no heating. It's a safety risk for me and my three children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $1,700 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed electrician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $280.
The job should take about three hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're an electrician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Thinking of you and your family, Ruth. This could happen to any of us. I hope April is when things finally get easier.
I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. I went through something like this 13 years ago and strangers helped me out.
So sorry you're going through this, Ruth. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Please keep us posted. God bless.
I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. After 15 years in hospitality I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Thinking of San Diego.
Hang in there, Ruth. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Greetings from Sacramento.
