After a major depressive episode, I have been mostly housebound for 3 weeks. My family live far away, and the days can feel very long. I'm not looking for therapy - I've that covered - but for conversation. I'm hoping for someone who can call for about 30 minutes once a week whenever suits us both. I like podcasts, football and cooking, and can listen to anything. This can be from anywhere in the world as long as you speak English. We can arrange the calls through the platform, with email shared only when we're both comfortable. Thanks for even thinking about it. Glad we found this place.

  • Sending strength. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. Greetings from Narayanganj.

    • Thinking of you and your family, Jose. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I have a 14 year old who wants to send good wishes too.

      • Praying for you, Jose. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Sent it to 30 people at work.

        • Thinking of you. Hope the doctors have good news. My father had a similar thing happen so this one hit home.

          • Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Wish I lived closer to Epe so I could bring a meal.

            • best of luck. Wishing Jose a smooth procedure and a full recovery. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Blessings
