A French tutor for Alice, 14, who's falling behind
Online or in-person tutoring in French for a bright student in Buffalo.

My niece, Alice, is 14 and in Form 3. Alice loves school but French has been a struggle since the school was closed during the floods. The school-leaving exam is in May.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend one or two hours a week, in person in Buffalo or online, for about ten weeks.
Alice is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in French, you could change the course of Alice's year.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Sending love, Rebecca. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I'll check back for the next update. Love from Bogotá.
Sending love. Study hard! I went through something like this 10 years ago and strangers helped me out. Thinking of Buffalo.
