A first job in Yonkers: assistant baker wanted

I'm Kevin, and I run a small bakery in Yonkers. Business is steady and I need to take on an assistant baker. I know how hard it's to get started without experience, so I'm putting this where people who need a chance might see it. The work is early starts, mixing, shaping and serving. Hours are full time, Monday to Friday, and I pay the local minimum wage plus tips. You will be trained by me for the first 4 weeks, and I'll write a reference once you've worked with me for three months if it goes well.
