A first job in Rohini: kitchen assistant wanted
Looking for someone reliable to start as a kitchen assistant. Experience matters less than turning up and caring.
🇮🇳 Delhi, India550 views
I'm Dhanush, and I run a small cafe in Rohini. Business is steady and I need to take on a kitchen assistant. I know how hard it's to get started without experience, so I'm putting this where people who need a chance might see it.
The work is prepping food, washing up and helping at the counter. Hours are full time, Monday to Friday, and I pay a fair hourly wage, with a pay rise after the first 3 months. You will be trained by me for the first 2 weeks, and I'll write a reference once you've worked with me for three months if it goes well.
You need to be reliable, polite with customers and happy to learn. I'll never ask for a fee, a deposit or your bank details before you start. You can come and see the place before deciding.
If you're interested, send an offer here and we'll take it from there.

Happy to look over a CV and ask a few mock questions. I have interviewed people for about 8 years. Flexible on timing.
