I'm Ananya, and I run a small cafe in Mumbai. Business is steady and I need to take on a kitchen assistant. Hours are about 30 hours a week, and I pay the local minimum wage plus tips. You will be trained by me for the first 2 weeks, and I'll write a reference once you've worked with me for three months if it goes well.
