A first job in Madrid: gardener wanted

I'm Arturo, and I run a small landscaping business in Madrid. Business is steady and I need to take on a gardener. I know how hard it's to get started without experience, so I'm putting this where people who need a chance might see it. The work is mowing, planting and tidying gardens with a small crew. Hours are Wednesday to Saturday, and I pay a fair hourly wage, with a pay rise after the first 2 months. You will be trained by me for the first 4 weeks, and I'll write a reference once you've worked with me for three months if it goes well.
