A first job in Kitakyushu: delivery driver wanted

I'm Ren, and I run a small market stall in Kitakyushu. Business is steady and I need to take on a delivery driver. I know how hard it's to get started without experience, so I'm putting this where people who need a chance might see it. The work is loading the van and delivering orders around town. Hours are about 23 hours a week, and I pay a weekly wage agreed in writing. You will be trained by me for the first 3 weeks, and I'll write a reference once you've worked with me for three months if it goes well.
