I'm Carlos, and I run a small landscaping business in Duque de Caxias. Business is steady and I need to take on a gardener. I know how hard it's to get started without experience, so I'm putting this where people who need a chance might see it.
The work is mowing, planting and tidying gardens with a small crew. Hours are full time, Monday to Friday, and I pay a weekly wage agreed in writing. You will be trained by me for the first 2 weeks, and I'll write a reference once you've worked with me for three months if it goes well.
You need to be reliable, polite with customers and happy to learn. I'll never ask for a fee, a deposit or your bank details before you start. You can come and see the place before deciding.
