A first job in Dublin: assistant baker wanted
I run a small bakery in Dublin and want to give someone a first chance as an assistant baker. I'll train you.

I'm Niamh, and I run a small bakery in Dublin. Business is steady and I need to take on an assistant baker. I know how hard it's to get started without experience, so I'm putting this where people who need a chance might see it.
The work is early starts, mixing, shaping and serving. Hours are mornings, and I pay a weekly wage agreed in writing. You will be trained by me for the first 3 weeks, and I'll write a reference once you've worked with me for three months if it goes well.
You need to be reliable, polite with customers and happy to learn. I'll never ask for a fee, a deposit or your bank details before you start. You can come and see the place before deciding.
If you're interested, send an offer here and we'll take it from there.

My cousin is looking for exactly this. I will pass it on and she may get in touch. Flexible on timing.

I work in this field and would be glad to help with an hour of practice on Wednesday. Just let me know.
