A first job in Accra: hairdressing apprentice wanted

I'm Kezia, and I run a small hair salon in Accra. Business is steady and I need to take on a hairdressing apprentice. I know how hard it's to get started without experience, so I'm putting this where people who need a chance might see it. The work is washing hair, sweeping up and learning to cut alongside me. Hours are full time, Monday to Friday, and I pay a weekly wage agreed in writing. You will be trained by me for the first 3 weeks, and I'll write a reference once you've worked with me for three months if it goes well.
