Looking for a Tagalog speaker to translate a tenancy agreement so I can complete my professional recognition.

I'm Zoe, and I live in San Jose. For my professional recognition I have to submit a tenancy agreement in English, and the original is in Tagalog. A certified translator quoted me more than I can pay. It's about 2 pages and not technical. If you speak both languages well, I'd be so grateful for your time, even if you can't give an official certification. I can tell you if the office needs a stamp, and I'll try to find someone to do just that afterwards. I'm in no rush if you tell me roughly when, but the deadline is about 3 weeks away. If you can help, please send an offer here and tell me which languages you speak.
