A few hours of disability-rights advocate time could save Mackenzie's home
Looking for a pro bono disability-rights advocate in England for a case with a deadline in September.
🇬🇧 England, United Kingdom983 views
I'm facing an unlawful eviction, with a hearing on September. I earn too much to qualify for legal aid on paper, but not nearly enough to pay a lawyer's retainer.
I'm looking for a qualified disability-rights advocate licensed in England who might be able to review my documents, prepare me for the hearing, or take the case pro bono or on a reduced fee.
I've organized my documents chronologically, and I'll share them with the lawyer who agrees to help. I can travel to your office in Birmingham or meet online.
I understand that the time of a lawyer is valuable, and I'm deeply grateful for any help or for suggestions of organizations that could assist.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Thinking of you and your family, Mackenzie. Hope this works out for you. It's not much but it's yours
Wishing you the best. This could happen to any of us. After 30 years in engineering I know how hard it's to ask for anything!
