A day in the garden: help Vitaly in Kyiv
Garden rescue day in Kyiv: bring gloves and a rake.
🇺🇦 Kyiv, Kyiv, Ukraine819 views
I'm 79 and I have lived in this house in Kyiv for 34 years. After the storm in July, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of arthritis.
The council has told me it will be eight weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: a small team to cut, stack and carry away branches. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

hope you get there. I'll check back for the next update. Thinking of Kyiv.
Keep going, Vitaly. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. My husband and I read this together.
Stay strong, Vitaly. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. I'm in nursing myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Love from Halifax.
thinking of you. Gave what I could, wish it was more. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Thinking of Kyiv.
looking forward to the next update. I have a 9 year old who wants to send good wishes too. God bless.
