A day in the garden: help Valentina in Latina

Fallen branches and overgrowth are blocking Valentina's path; a few hours of help would make a big difference.

Latina

I'm 84 and I have lived in this house in Latina for 37 years. After the storm in August, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of arthritis. The council has told me it will be ten weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner. Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do. Thanks for being kind about this.

effort: 3–5 hours
format: In person in Latina
skills: chainsaw, gardening, hauling
