A day in the garden: help Stephanie in Toronto
Fallen branches and overgrowth are blocking Stephanie's path; a few hours of help would make a big difference.

I'm 77 and I have lived in this house in Toronto for 37 years. After the storm in October, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a heart condition.
The council has told me it will be twelve weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Glad we found this place.

Gave what I could, wish it was more. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Thinking of Toronto.
Stay strong. Looking forward to the next update. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Take care

Stay strong, Stephanie. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Love from Olinda.
Sending strength. Hope you get there. We're a small family in Cape Coast but we're thinking of you. Thinking of Toronto.
Sending good thoughts. Shared it with a few friends. I went through something like this 5 years ago and strangers helped me out. Take care.
Hope it all works out, Stephanie. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Thinking of Toronto.
