A day in the garden: help Rubel in Dhaka
Garden rescue day in Dhaka: bring gloves and a rake.

I'm 71 and I have lived in this house in Dhaka for 45 years. After the storm in July, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of arthritis.
The council has told me it will be twelve weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: a small team to cut, stack and carry away branches. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Wishing Rubel a smooth procedure and a full recovery. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
