A day in the garden: help Roman in Adama
Roman, 80, can no longer manage the yard after a storm; we're looking for helpers with chainsaws and rakes.

I'm 80 and I have lived in this house in Adama for 40 years. After the storm in March, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of my hip replacement.
The council has told me it will be twelve weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: a small team to cut, stack and carry away branches. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Thank you for reading my story.

Hope this works out for you. I have a 5 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Blessings.
Take care, Roman. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Put this on a community board in Embakasi this morning. All the best
Thinking of you, Roman. Get well soon. My neighbor in Sylhet donated after I showed her your page. Greetings from Sylhet.
Sending strength, Roman. This could happen to any of us. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Greetings from Utrecht
