A day in the garden: help Qasim in Sukkur
Qasim, 73, can no longer manage the yard after a storm; we're looking for helpers with chainsaws and rakes.

I'm 73 and I have lived in this house in Sukkur for 46 years. After the storm in July, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of poor eyesight.
The council has told me it will be ten weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: a small team to cut, stack and carry away branches. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Thanks for being kind about this.

I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. Put this on a community board in Rome this morning. Thinking of Sukkur.
Wishing you peace, Qasim. Shared it with a few friends
