A day in the garden: help Maria in Mississauga
Fallen branches and overgrowth are blocking Maria's path; a few hours of help would make a big difference.

I'm 85 and I have lived in this house in Mississauga for 45 years. After the storm in October, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of my hip replacement.
The council has told me it will be eight weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Best of luck. Shared it with a few friends. My cousin had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. All the best.
