A day in the garden: help Kimani in Dar es Salaam
Garden rescue day in Dar es Salaam: bring gloves and a rake.
🇹🇿 Dar es Salaam, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania1,498 views
I'm 80 and I have lived in this house in Dar es Salaam for 34 years. After the storm in September, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a recent fall.
The council has told me it will be ten weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: someone with a chainsaw, plus a few people with rakes and gloves. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Best of luck, Kimani. Hope you get there. Put this on a community board in Lahore this morning. All the best.
