A day in the garden: help Kiara in Salem
Fallen branches and overgrowth are blocking Kiara's path; a few hours of help would make a big difference.

I'm 78 and I have lived in this house in Salem for 41 years. After the storm in October, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a heart condition.
The council has told me it will be twelve weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Thank you so much.

take care. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. It's not much but it's yours. Take care.
