A day in the garden: help John in San Diego
Fallen branches and overgrowth are blocking John's path; a few hours of help would make a big difference.

I'm 89 and I have lived in this house in San Diego for 37 years. After the storm in December, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of poor eyesight.
The council has told me it will be twelve weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

You're not alone, John. Hope this works out for you. I hope March is when things finally get easier. All the best.
I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. I hope March is when things finally get easier. Thinking of San Diego.
Sending good thoughts. It takes guts to ask. Well done. After 13 years in accounting I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Blessings.
