A day in the garden: help Carla in Soweto
Fallen branches and overgrowth are blocking Carla's path; a few hours of help would make a big difference.

I'm 79 and I have lived in this house in Soweto for 31 years. After the storm in July, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a recent fall.
The council has told me it will be six weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: a small team to cut, stack and carry away branches. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.

You're not alone, Carla. This could happen to any of us. I'm in nursing myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you.
