A day in the garden: help Aisha in Kakamega
Fallen branches and overgrowth are blocking Aisha's path; a few hours of help would make a big difference.

I'm 87 and I have lived in this house in Kakamega for 35 years. After the storm in April, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a heart condition.
The council has told me it will be twelve weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: a small team to cut, stack and carry away branches. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Thank you for reading my story.

Thanks for sharing this, Aisha. Hope you get there. We're a small family in Gangnam but we're thinking of you. All the best.
Stay strong. Get well soon. Thinking of Kakamega.
Keep going. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Greetings from Takoradi
