A covered market stall space for the Harmony health centre yard: help our neighbors in Hồ Chí Minh City

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 20 volunteers, including the neighborhood football club, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Harmony health centre yard, but no funding. We have received donated soil and plants, and the remaining cost is $150. It will serve about 139 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in June and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered. Where the $150 goes: • Tools hire and delivery: $85 • Safety equipment and signage: $45 • Permits and inspections: $20 Glad we found this place.
