A covered market stall space for the Cedar health centre yard: help our neighbors in Semarang
Volunteers in Semarang are raising $600 for a covered market stall space at the Cedar health centre yard.

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 26 volunteers, including the neighborhood football club, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Cedar health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $600.
It will serve about 125 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.

• Safety equipment and signage: $20
• Materials: $540
