A covered market stall space: a volunteer-led effort in Tarragona
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a covered market stall space - we need $1,800 for materials.

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 25 volunteers, including local mothers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the old Sycamore bus depot, but no funding.
We have received donated timber, and the remaining cost is $1,800.
It will serve about 348 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in December and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $1,800 goes:
• Materials: $1,300
• Permits and inspections: $260
• Safety equipment and signage: $145
• Tools hire and delivery: $95
