A covered market stall space: a volunteer-led effort in Bangkok
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a covered market stall space - we need $1,050 for materials.

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 10 volunteers, including local mothers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Lotus community hall, but no funding.
We have received donated timber, and the remaining cost is $1,050.
It will serve about 185 people, including young people who have nowhere safe to play. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
